The Got Your Six Guarantee was designed to provide the best possible support for students. This details the conditions under which refunds or rescheduled courses are granted. It includes timelines, processes, and any potential charges or fees.
GENERAL COURSES
Students have a three (3)-day, no-questions-asked money back guarantee. If you, as a Student, are unhappy with any general course you have enrolled in and request a refund within three (3) days of the date that you paid for access to the course, we will provide you with a full refund of the amount you paid. CERTIFICATIONS & NATIONAL GANG ACADEMY
Due to the nature of the student specific design, The Gang Enforcement Company cannot not offer Students a refund for specialist certifications and/or the National Gang Academy. If you, as a Student, are unable to attend, due to scheduling conflicts, etc. we will work with you to place you in a future class of your choosing, as long as the requested class has open spots. If the requested class is full we will place you in the first class with open spots or we can provide a credit towards future training or apparel of your choosing.
